PASSWORD Help

This is a secure site. In order to access this site, you must first sign on to the system with your unique information:

Team Member:

An ID number (which is your Social Security or Social Insurance Number or U-Haul System Member ID)
A Password.

The first time you sign onto the system (having not previously accessed the HR Service Center) you will enter your Social Security or Social Insurance Number (SSN/SIN) as your ID number, and the system is designed to recognize your birthday as your start-up Password. Enter your Social Security or Social Insurance Number without dashes, and your birthday must be entered as year, month, day (YYMMDD). For example, if your birthday is June 17, 1971 your start-up Password will be 710617.

As soon as the system validates your Social Security or Social Insurance Number and birthdate, you will be taken to a screen that requires you to assign a new password. You MUST enter between 7 and 10 characters (letters and numbers only, no special characters) with at least one letter and one number. Password must start with a letter. This is for added security. Once you have changed your password successfully, you will be taken to a confirmation screen where your U-Haul System Member ID will be displayed. This process will happen the first time you sign in and any time you reset your password. Once you hit Finish this will take you back to the Sign In screen where you may enter your U-Haul System Member ID and new password to sign in.

Each time you access this site the Sign In screen will require you to enter your U-Haul System Member ID plus your password.

If for any reason you want to change your password, go to the Update your password every 3 months option once you have gained access to the system. There is no limit to how often you can change your Password. It is recommended that you do so frequently for additional security.

Guest:

A valid email address (which is your personal email address or other valid email address)
A password.

The first time you sign onto the system (having not previously accessed the HR Service Center) you will click on the drop-down box and select the “Guest?option, type in the email address your invite was sent to and you will need to create a password and secret question and answer. You MUST enter between 7 and 10 characters (letters and numbers only, no special characters) with at least one letter and one number. Password must start with a letter. This is for added security. This process will happen the first time you sign in and any time you reset your password. Once you hit Finish this will take you back to the Sign In screen where you will select the “Guest?option from the drop-down box, and then enter your valid email address and new password to signin.

If you have forgotten your Password, have difficulty signing in or want to change your Password, try resetting your Password.
